They may not be fun, but 38% of trade show attendees say their buying decisions are influenced when visiting exhibits. So…how do you stand out at one of the largest HR Tech conferences in Vegas? The creative brief for this trade show was a tall order: Establish brand presence, drive traffic to booth, show our massive scale & reach.
Wrapping around the corner and utilizing our unique video space, we created a dynamic visual using a split-flap board effect to reveal wall to wall portraits of workers with a simple, yet effective message: “Ready when You are.” This idea bridges the divide between employers and workers, bringing both sides together under the same immediate charge– to get down to business. But most importantly, it’s a statement of qualification and willingness on behalf of the workers on Jobcase. And that statement puts the onus on the employers to make the final move. We sponsored a Headshot studio and turned our booth into the “The Get Ready Studio”, where trade show goers could get camera ready by getting their hair and makeup done by a professional HMU.
